Anthem is the largest and most comprehensively planned master-planned community in Broomfield — an 1,800-acre development in the city’s northwest corner that broke ground in 2002 and sold its final home in 2020, completing an 18-year build-out that transformed what was once open farmland into one of the most sought-after residential communities in the Denver-Boulder corridor.
